| Descripción de la oferta: | Web Marketing Specialist Spain The candidate, reporting to the Head of Web Marketing, will be in charge of YOOX Spain in terms of marketing spending, customer acquisition cost and brand awareness. After a three to six-months training period in the headquarters in Italy, the candidate will be asked to set up a local office in Madrid (Spain). Responsibilities During the first three to six-months training period: Understand the key drivers of the business, in particular regarding Spain vs. other markets: new customer acquisition cost, web marketing channels, direct marketing, conversion rate visitors/customers, merchandising plan, pricing strategy Further localize the Spanish website in terms of content, onsite marketing, product offer, etc Develop a marketing plan with the objective to reach new customers, including the optimization of the current web marketing investment and the development of new on-line/off-line partnerships Define with the head of Marketing YOOX Spain 3 Year Marketing Plan Back to Spain: Implement the marketing plan Manage YOOX Spain website in terms of performances and propose continuous improvements Be fully responsible for marketing results of YOOX Spain Liaise with Press Office at the headquarters Qualifications The ideal candidate: Has at least 3 years of experience in marketing and business development Has worked/is extremely interested and knowledgeable of Internet Written and oral fluency in English or Italian is a must Has an entrepreneurial attitude and is result oriented Location: Bologna/Milan for the first three to six-months training period and then Madrid |
