Candidate must be able to learn new software through the technical manual. Position requires exceptional writing skills and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • University degree • 3-5 years training experience • Telecommunications work environment is a PLUS • Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting information technology software and systems. • Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles. • Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques. • Microsoft Office • Microsoft Project |
