| Descripción de la oferta: | The Technology Solutions Professional Data Platform (TSP) adds value to Microsoft by proving the value of Microsoft’s data platform technologies to customers and providing technical contributions to revenue goals. The TSP Data Platform role adds value by: 1.Successfully driving the win rate within assigned Data Platform opportunities through the delivery of technical sales engagements (ADSs, POCs, etc). 2.Developing a bill of materials and architecture that feeds into a solution proposal. 3.Developing partner engagements that feed the Data Platform opportunity pipeline. 4.Developing partner enablement and readiness for assigned Data Platform opportunities. 5.Migrating customers with competitive solutions onto a Microsoft Data Platform. 6.Ensuring that self readiness, the readiness of other TSPs and team members are maintained around Microsoft’s Data Platform solutions. The TSP Data Platform role is unique in: a.Executing superior technical engagements (POCs and ADSs). bFocusing on opportunities, delivering value within specified MSSP parameters. c.Engaging at deep technical levels within assigned Data Platform opportunities and being able to translate how technology solves business problems. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | -Fluent English -Knowledge in SQL Administ at least 3 years Strong sales aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of a product or technology. •Experience in an environment where customer contacts and knowledge are leveraged to listen proactively for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. •Deep technical skills with the ability to translate the feature and function set into customer solutions and win against the competition. •Working proactively within assigned opportunities to uncover and qualify new opportunities. •Developing strong, strategic partners engaged in immediate and long-term strategic opportunities and committed to Microsoft. •Is a resourceful problem-solver, leveraging internal and partner resources in assigned opportunities where and when needed to do what’s right for the customer |
| Requisitos deseados: | - Business Intellegence -Bachelor’s Degree -5–8 years of related experience Professional training/certification in: •MC-DBA •MCSE •MCSD •Communication skills as described in existing Job Ladders and Job Descriptions, with a particular focus on adjusting the topic and technical sophistication to the audience •Business skills, per the Executive Conversation training or other initiatives •Sales and/or Opportunity Management training |
