| Descripción de la oferta: | Working in the financial department of the Solar Energy group you will be in charge of: • Analyze the balance account and profit and loss account. • Develop financial studies (investment, cost control, profitability ...), in assessing the potential risks and assesses the different strategies to follow. • Negotiating with banks. • Financial modelling, design and analysis of memoranda and due diligence. • Valuation of enterprises (divestitures and acquisitions) and projects. • Studies of Value Creation by models of DCF and multiples. Review technical assumptions (estimated revenue / costs, interest rate, inflation, WACC, etc.) • Presentation and documents development internally to senior levels of Management (CFO, CEO, etc) • Analysis and monitoring of investors. |
Requisitos

| Experiencia mínima: | De 3 a 5 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | • BA of Business Administration, Economics • 3 to 5 years minimum in financial modelling • Development of financial valuation models / viability of projects. • High level of English essential • Requirements desired: MBA • Knowledge of financing projects mechanisms. |
