| Descripción de la oferta: | Adecco IT on behalf Microsoft Iberica is recruiting a Specialist Ad Sales Team Manager. Team Purpose/Mission: The purpose of the APS Solution Sales Specialist workgroup is to deliver online advertising solution sales revenue and market share. The workgroup will sell online advertising solutions to new and/or existing customers (advertisers). Reporting Relationship: - The Local Specialist Senior Director role reports into the Country APS Lead. - The Regional Specialist Senior Director role reports into the Region APS Lead. Role Purpose: Direct a team of Solution Sales Specialist Directors, Managers and Specialists to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding their team quota & win rates, and maintaining high customer (Account Team and Advertiser) satisfaction scores. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The Senior Director, Specialist Sales role will be responsible for producing results across four pillars: - Developing and ensuring the execution of the Solution Sales Specialist strategy and vision. - Providing the inspiration and leadership for the Solution teams in market. - Driving integration for the Solution teams with Publishers, Marketing, and Account Teams. - Establishing clearly defined metrics and growth targets and driving these through the business. The role will drive success across these four pillars by challenging teams and individuals to execute faster and better than the competition; by innovating in both the big bet opportunity and the risk areas for the business; and by stretching the status quo to enable APS will meet aggressive growth targets. Success is measured by the APS Solution Sales Specialist organization meeting or exceeding Solution revenue quotas and win rate percentages. Key Interfaces/ Relationships: Internal communications/business relationships: The Solution Sales Specialist Senior Director will have frequent internal communications with the Solution Sales Specialist Directors and occasional communications with Solution Sales Managers and Specialists themselves. The role will need to forge strong communication/business relationships with APS Sales management. External communications/business relationships: The role will need to speak at trade events in some circumstances. Key dependencies / impacted parties: The Solution Sales Specialist Senior Director relies on and impacts: APS Account Team Members (including Account Executives and Account Managers), applicable Product Groups (Publishers), Marketing teams (Product Marketing, Display Product Marketing, Trade Marketing) and other Microsoft Online Sales Teams. Key Measures of Success: Success is measured by 1) team effectiveness in executing strategy, and 2) strategy’s effectiveness in closing solution sales. This position is challenged with achieving: - A solution revenue quota and win rate that is met or exceeded. - Strong, effective relationships with Sales Management / Sales Directors. - Minimal # of stalled or disengaged opportunities. 100% usage of Smart SFA CRM. - Reduced % of stalled or disengaged opportunities. - Headcount readied and filled with best Solution Sales Specialist Manager members. - % increase in good attrition, % decrease in bad attrition (as defined by FY commitments). - High and consistent accessibility/ availability for all team members. - High employee retention rate. |
