| Descripción de la oferta: | Tek’s Worldwide Engineering Manager is building a world-class localization engineering team able to exploit cutting-edge engineering technologies and processes. We are currently seeking a Senior Software Localization Engineer who can code, solve locale problems, and woo clients with equal finesse. You will be part of an extremely dynamic, technically sophisticated team that values and rewards creativity. Responsibilities will include: • Leading client-focused (internal and external) engineering production efforts. • Providing support, guidance and training to local and global business teams. • Deploying technology and automation to improve processes. •Evaluating new business tools and technologies. • Maintaining expertise in Tek’s proprietary technologies and systems. • Presenting and deploying technical solutions to clients. |
Requisitos

| Experiencia mínima: | De 3 a 5 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | The ideal candidate will possess: • 4+ years in localization engineering working on software, help, documentation and multi-media projects. • In-depth software engineering experience, including multiple code bases and environments. • Experience working in CMS/DMS and other content management systems. • Ability to solve both technical and business-level problems. • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills. • Understanding of the localization process and technology requirements from the client perspective. • Strong time management, organizational and support skills. •Experience with some or all of the following tools: o Trados, Alchemy Catalyst, DejaVu, RC Wintrans, Passolo and other client and proprietary applications. o Microsoft Visual Studio, Java SDK, ,NET or other development platforms. o Framemaker, In Design, Robohelp, Webworks, Graphics and multimedia Software. • Development and scripting experience a plus. |
