| Descripción de la oferta: | Tek Translation is undergoing the fastest growth in our near 50-year history. That growth is driven in part by our launch of the industry?s first on-demand globalization solution, the new standard worldwide businesses will use to streamline the globalization process. We are seeking an experienced, client-focused and technology-savvy project manager to participate in this exciting phase of our history. This Madrid based position will offer excellent opportunities for career advancement, recognition of performance, and relocation to other geographies if desired. Responsibilities will include: ? Creating new and improved processes for clients. ? Solving client problems in conjunction with Tek?s solution architects. ? Support sales in developing new business. ? Communicating effectively and consistently with client. ? Managing and reporting costs to ensure profitability targets are met. ? Supervising project status reporting process. ? Selecting, instructing and managing internal and external resources. ? Establishing project checklists and allocating resources for quality project execution. ? Receiving requests for quotation and launching the request for evaluation process. This position will be based in Madrid. Requisitos

| Experiencia mínima: | De 3 a 5 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | The ideal candidate will possess: ? A minimum of 4 years project management experience within a localization organization. ? Experience with managing all phases of the localization process, including translation, QA, DTP, software/help compilation and testing. ? Excellent communication skills in English. ? Proven experience working with clients to understand and meet requirements. ? Process-oriented management skills, including formalized PMI or Scrum methodologies. ? University degree in translation or linguistics, localization or computational linguistics. ? Business understanding within our target markets, including IT, healthcare, telecoms, and/or life sciences. |
