The Consultant role is mainly about delivering solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology. Consultants use their broad and deep knowledge of technology and IT operations to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable services focused on operational effectiveness and business value. To accomplish operational effectiveness a consultant will manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects. As members of the virtual account team, the Senior Consultant helps customer account teams identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects. They help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW), and assist in contract negotiations. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, the Senior Consultant will work with Microsoft`s partners and Services colleagues to assist customers in: o The delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft Dynamics Ax into diverse client environments leveraging available IP and following defined delivery methodologies and service offerings. o The capture of requirements. o To review a customer’s business processes to gain a complete understanding of current procedures; document those processes and identify any improvements. o To provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Ax application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality o The design and development of an integrated solution using the latest Microsoft products and technologies. o Understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the designed/developed solution. Senior Consultants play a key role in employing and developing partners as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model. The Senior Consultant is expected to maintain product group relationships and should act as subject matter expert, assisting service line management in the definition and development of service and/or solution offerings.

Experiencia mínima:	Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos:	The Senior Consultant candidate should have: o A minimum of 8 years of work experience in a business application consulting role (technical and functional knowledge): business processes analysis and modeling, technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment. o An understanding of markets, customers and related technology; have the background to provide technical leadership and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management. o Deep understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills architecting and deploying Microsoft Dynamics Ax to solve business problems. o Industry leading depth knowledge of subject area, and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems.
Requisitos deseados:	o Vertical business process and project leadership skills or related experience required. o Must have a proven record of successful ERP/Microsoft Dynamics Ax projects. o Must have expert level technical across at least one or two Microsoft Dynamics Ax modules (logistic and production), depth knowledge in either application development (X++ and .Net) or infrastructure and breadth knowledge of all relevant Microsoft technologies.
