Descripción de la oferta:	General Motors España precisa incorporar un Sales Services and Marketing IT Manager Main Responsibilities • Providing IT systems and services support to GM Spain & GM Portugal • Responsibility for managing the IT relationship with the GM business leadership and management staff • Responsible for overseeing all incident management, change management and problem management activities, and to ensure that are executed and adhered to common processes and methodologies • Responsible for managing the IT service contracts, as they related to the local business units • Responsible for compliance with GM internal and external audit requirements. • Responsible for the complete IT budget and meeting structural cost reduction targets. • Fulfil the role of deployment manager for all projects deploying common systems to Spain and Portugal, prepare and maintain an application roadmap for all local business units and brands which identifies systems deployment, retirements and dependencies. • Support local BPO services that contain IT services, and ensure compliance with security, technical, and contract standards • Work closely with Services department to ensure infrastructure services are delivered and comply with GM and IT required standards. Requisitos

Estudios mínimos:	Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima:	Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos:	Requirements, qualifications and general experience • Degree in technical subject (Engineering, Mathematics; Information Technology or similar) essential; degree in Information Technology (preferred). • Project Management (PMI) and Operations Management (ITIL) processes (preferred). • Minimum of 3 years experience work after completion of degree (essential). • Experience of working on large multi-national company (preferred). • Experience in managing outsourced IT services • Awareness of Sales, Marketing and Aftersales business in the Automotive Industry (preferred)
Requisitos deseados:	Communication skills • Strong written, spoken and presentation skills in English (essential), and Spanish (strongly preferred) and Portuguese (desirable). • Must be able to communicate effectively amongst peers and personnel from other organization
