The Human Resources Department is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Responsible.

Area of responsibility:
- Coordinate and administrate salary and benefit process
- Define, communicate and coach leaders and employees on compensation & benefit packages/policies
- Review compensation package in countries to ensure competitiveness

Essential job tasks:
- Coordinate and administrate compensation and benefits process
- Define, communicate and coach leaders and employees on compensation and benefits packages/policies
- Develop, coordinate and administrate local bonus programs.
- Managing pensions and insurance
- Defining redundancy policies incl. outplacement
- Review compensation and benefits package in countries to ensure competitiveness.
- Responsible for calculation of Job Grades.
- Budgeting and salary audit

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: Experience:
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits structure and policies
- Knowledge Mercer Job Grading calculations is a plus
- An analytical mind
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and still keep an overview
- Good communication skills
- High level in English
