Area of responsibility: - Coordinate and administrate salary and benefit process - Define, communicate and coach leaders and employees on compensation & benefit packages/policies - Review compensation package in countries to ensure competitiveness Essential job tasks: - Coordinate and administrate compensation and benefits process - Define, communicate and coach leaders and employees on compensation and benefits packages/policies - Develop, coordinate and administrate local bonus programs. - Managing pensions and insurance - Defining redundancy policies incl. outplacement - Review compensation and benefits package in countries to ensure competitiveness. - Responsible for calculation of Job Grades. - Budgeting and salary audit Learning opportunities: - Core compensation and benefits skills - Mercer Job Grading and compensation - Policy creation and execution - Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR policies |
