| Descripción de la oferta: | Position: Product Manager Location: Madrid (Alcobendas) Mission: Reporting to the Country Manager, he or she will be the responsible to ensure that the vision and enthusiasm for the products are shared by everyone within the country team, also will be accountable for the development and implementation of country marketing plans and for ensuring that it reaches its maximum potential and to ensure appropriate resources are allocated within the individual country and these aligned with the framework of a pan-European brand. Functions: - Set the vision for the products in Spain and ensure that everyone is aligned and motivated to make the products a success. - Development of the local marketing plans according to the Spanish market demand and access needs. To ensure that the plans can be fully implemented with the resources available and ensure that progress towards the plans is carefully managed and tracked. - Build strong working relationships with local leaders within Hospira as well as members of the European team. - To participate in other internal and external tasks assigned to the Madrid office. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Requirements - University Degree in any scientific subject. - Excellent level of English besides Spanish. - Experience of at least 7 years in the pharmaceutical / Biotech industry with more than 3 years in product management with hospital / specialist based products. - The candidate must have proven track record of launching new products into Spanish market and knowledge of local reimbursement pathways for specialist products. - It will be an asset if the candidate has an MBA qualification, and marketing experience with biopharmaceutical products. |
