| Descripción de la oferta: | Adecco IT on behalf Microsoft Iberica is recruiting a Product Manager Sharepoint. This Subsidiary marketer will drive the success of the Collaboration products within the Information Worker Business Group (IW BG). Anchored within this role are unit, revenue, and market share objectives for Sharepoint, Search solutions, Office Pro Plus and Enterprise, and Groove & future Collaboration products. The Product Subsidiary Marketing Manager is accountable for the business results of the assigned product line and has ownership of general content development and delivery, orchestration of marketing activities, product evangelism and tracking competition. Additional responsibilities will be to drive specific campaigns to compete with special competitors as well as the BG communication strategy to IT Professionals, IT Decision Makers and Business Decision Makers related with these solutions and products. Product Knowledge & Evangelism. Be the internal and external spokesperson for the relevant product(s) - Serve as the internal and external spokesperson for PR/Event Delivery/Evangelism for the relevant products, solutions, Go To Market and Customer Campaigns. External events include press initiatives, public relations, seminars and solutions briefings, and high profile trade/industry events. - Support the sales force as requested on special sales calls, customer briefings & sales readiness around the relevant product and solutions. Market, Competitive, and Customer Analysis & Strategy Development. Work with the market intelligence manager to continuously monitor, analyze and update Microsoft perspectives on the market, competitors & customers as they relate to specific product areas of responsibility. - Using primary (e.g., commissioned research) or 3rd party research (e.g. IDC, Gartner Reports), monitor, analyze & report on relevant competitors, customer & market data, providing insights on strategic impact of competitive actions and customer & market trends. Orchestration and Leadership. Orchestrate subsidiary marketing and business execution around the relevant products. - Proactively contribute to annual strategic planning and mid year review process, including providing market, competitive and customer data and insights, strategy & tactical plan development, and product sales data. Establish fiscal year goals along key metrics to include revenue and market share. - Lead virtual team to orchestrate successful product launches including: internal awareness/excitement/training, content for external training (e.g., partner/channel), product revenue forecasting and budgeting, roll-up of marketing launch budget, PR, product messaging & positioning, product and offer localization, product evangelism. Marketing Delivery. Implement, track, and measure marketing tactics and programs for relevant products and solutions: - Develop annual strategic marketing plan and budget for relevant products and related GTMs and Customer Campaigns. - Own and deliver content, positioning, and messaging for relevant products and related GTMs and Customer Campaigns, ensuring that internal and external communications align with, and resonate with the target audience (e.g. Sales, Partners, Customers). - Manage marketing and T&E budgets to plan.Provide web content for specific products and related GTMs and Customer Campaigns. |
