| Descripción de la oferta: | Role/Overall Objectives Manage the outdoor lighting fittings Product Range; drive growth in EMEA Regions. Lighting fittings is key part of the strategy to drive lamps sales and creating demand as well as pull in our key products, requiring strong consumer focus and continuous cost out for long term competitiveness, whilst managing optimally loaded capacity and looking for sourcing options. Fast New product launching is key success working with the technology and sourcing team in Europe and China. For all these products our objective is to maximise short and mid term profitability whilst ensuring we have the appropriate investments for long-term growth Key Accountabilities: The deliverable of this role is to drive short and long term sales and CM growth by: • Managing the outdoor lighting fittings for the whole EMEA region. • Developing the MGPD plan for these products, working with the technology team to set the long-term product strategy, in several markets around Europe and ME. • Working with the Asia Tech centre and the sourcing team to identify new product sourcing opportunities to drive range extension and profitability/productivity • Managing new product introductions. • Working with Commercial and Marketing teams to maximize sales and margin opportunities • Managing the Price / Margin equation to maximize CM • Developing communication plans for all channels especially the Distribution and Projects-Specification channel for long-term success. • Working with the Sourcing and Supply Chain team to deliver inventory, fill rate and service levels. • Develop marketing tools- catalogues, leaflets, etc. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: University graduate with electrical/lighting marketing experience preferred Skills/Competencies: Able to lead cross functional teams in the pursuit of common business goals Strong communication and presentation skills Experience and knowledge of sales/marketing -Lighting fittings. Experience in lighting projects and lighting calculation desirable. Able to make decisive and action orientated decisions Excellent analytical skills (able & willing to get into the details Demonstrate ability to lead large-scale projects (focus on flawless process execution) Able to understand and communicate technical data to sales people and customers PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Access, Power-point, MSX/ Outlook, etc) Minimum Green Belt trained Fluency in English, French desirable Technical knowledge Above all else, we require a person that shows initiative and has the ability to get things done, in a tenacious/assertive manner yet is team-driven |
