| Descripción de la oferta: | Functions: Project management for the cost out initiatives, with special focus on Quality assurance. Perform design changes to improve device performance and increase the cost out opportunities. Experience in design changes will be an advantage. Drive productivity projects from technology perspective in coordination with the System Engineer. Experience in a production environment will be advantageous. Develop and manage execution of design plans, test plans and project schedules. Accountable for changes validation, timing and risk abatement actions. Interaction with manufacturing or vendors to coordinate prototype/sample build. Manage resolution of technical issues including root cause analysis. Lead project reviews to ensure design intent and regulatory approval. Coordinate technology, manufacturing and sourcing team to generate Cost Out ideas for modular components (Residential) devices. Drive manufacturing interaction with all involved plants. Drive sourcing interaction for all impacted components. Participation in global idea generation sessions. Perform financial analyses to quantify project savings. Interaction with manufacturing or vendors to coordinate prototype/sample build. Manage resolution of technical issues including root cause analysis. Lead project reviews to ensure design intent and regulatory approval. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Ingeniero Técnico - Industrial |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 1 año |
| Requisitos mínimos: | • Industrial Engineering degree. • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Good communication skills required. • 1 year experience in project management, preferably within engineering or manufacturing areas, proactively leading tasks and projects. • Ability to work with multifunctional and teams in English • Experience in design changes will be an advantage. • CAT & Pro Engineer |
