Descripción de la oferta:	Our Client is a leader in the world construction market for major design-build and specialised, technically sophisticated civil engineering projects. They offer clients the most optimal commercial, technical and contractual solutions designed to meet their specific needs. Pricing Engineers - Qatar Responsabilities: • Analyzing and forecasting project costs as well as developing, preparing and collecting schedule and cost data for monthly project reports. • Creating and managing detailed project information related to contractual schedule, scope and cost. • Reporting project cost and schedule status to management for internal reviews as well as analyzing cost variances and recommending corrective actions. • Negotiate and defend the choice of techniques to Clients and find best suppliers at best price. • After presentation of the commercial offer and validation by Client, all the elements of the study are transferred to the work team. • Ensuring all project tasks are identified and resource needs properly estimated. • Preparing and assisting in the development and implementation of project baseline budgets and schedules. • Reviewing project scope change and change order requests for proper justification, schedule impacts, and adequate budget and funding. • Monitor progress of updating job cost in accordance with company policy.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos:	Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima:	Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos:	• Engineering Degree. • Proven track record of experience in big projects or research departments. • Rigorous, imaginative and persuasive.
