Descripción de la oferta: The post is based in Alcobendas, Madrid


• She/he will report to the Iberia Office Manager

• She/he will be able to assist the Office Manager with day to day tasks

• She/he will be able to make travel reservations and dealing with enquiries over the phone

• She/he will be able to organize social events and scheduling appointments

• She/he will have to keep company information documents updated and available in
hard copy

• She/he will be able to maintain office records, manage filing systems, ensure data protection

• She/he will be able to liaise with suppliers

• She/he will be able to organize staff movements weekly

• She/he will be able to coordinate the office employees health & safety

• She/he will be able to organize/coordinate domestic and office issues: coffee, water, food, stationery, photocopies, office cleaning, etc.

We offer:
• “Contrato indefinido” Permanent contract after 3 months probationary period

• 37,5 hours per week (flexible)

• Holidays: 28 labour days per year

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Formación Profesional Grado Medio - Administración
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Requisitos mínimos: Qualifications

• Accounting/administration or academic studies

• Minimum 1 year Office experience



Languages

• Spanish

• High level of English or German (a must)

• Others (valuable)



Computer skills

• Computer literate and high level knowledge of MS Office
