Descripción de la oferta: Adecco IT on behalf Microsoft Iberica is recruiting a Marketing & Communication Manager.

The Marketing & Communication Manager position is responsible for driving marketing communication campaigns and PR by utilizing global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and campaigns, as well as local initiatives. This position will be member of the Consumer Marketing and Communications team reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Lead. The role is responsible for ensuring superb execution resulting in delivery of KPI and ROI goals across advertising, CRM, viral, promotions and events. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring that Marcom campaigns are tightly integrated with PR initiatives, and that the campaigns are integrated across marcom functions to create seamless customer campaigns.

The Marcom department will contribute to the Consumer & Online business by delivering world class marketing for some of the world`s largest brands – Windows Vista, Windows Mobile, Windows Live and MSN:
1. Delivering exceptional service, quality advertising and results from marketing initiatives
2. Gaining market share gains and increased brand loyalty
3. Delivering world-class go to market leadership
4. Pioneering new marketing techniques that result in innovative and distinctive marketing

• Campaign Creation, Execution and Management: Planning, creation & execution of marketing campaigns (advertising, viral, promotions, CRM), drive delivery of campaigns with local agency and regional/global marketing team, analyze and report campaign performance and ROI, coordinate with other areas and optimize local campaigns for continually enhanced performance. Responsible of house ads portal strategy.
• Below the line Strategy: Responsible for creating and coordinating below the line strategy (events, promotions…) and for ensuring ongoing optimization for this strategies.
• Product & Business Depth: Possess strong understanding for online products and businesses to be able to create effective marketing campaigns that enhance Consumer & Online positioning in the marketplace. Need to coordinate with the different product areas
• Collaboration & Partnership: Provide strong accountability to other areas in creation and execution of campaigns based on Marcom defined strategies and KPIs. Build deep partnership with Consumer & Online areas, and strong working relationships with other team members and other Microsoft areas
• Functional Excellence: Responsible for building functional excellence and organizational capability across this position disciplines: CRM, advertising, viral, below,promotions & events.
• Agency Management: Responsible for local day to day management of creative and local agencies. Responsible for building great alliance with agencies to deliver great value to Microsoft.
• PR strategy: Will be responsible, together with Marketing Manager and Subsidiary PR Team to set up local PR strategy for all MSN/ Windows products and services. Build organizational capability and deliver world-class local marketing execution for PR. Coordination with International team and planning and execution for local strategy. Ensure an integrated approach across all functional elements owned on team: advertising, viral, CRM, events, etc.

Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Requisitos mínimos: • 5+ years industry experience in marketing and marketing communications disciplines with exceptional project management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• B.A./B.S in Business, marketing or related field is required. MBA preferre.
• The ability to foster innovation and creativity in all aspects of the communications mix and to build strong collaborative partnerships with marketing peers worldwide and agency team members is critical.
• Depth of global experience will play a major role in evaluating candidates for the position.
• Strong facilitation and consensus building skills.
• Ability to understand and relate product technology and direction with business needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork and negotiation.

Requisitos deseados: • Excellent experience managing marketing communications and PR, and proven ability to create innovative, strategic, effective marketing campaigns linked with the Strategy that result in delivering business KPIs.
• Solid discipline experience running advertising, PR, and RM campaigns for consumer services/products.
• Strong experience in online Marketing tactics.
• Understanding of agencies and previous experience managing marketing agencies to deliver great client value.
• Experience capturing data and developing metrics to drive marketing communications mix recommendation.
• Action- and results-orientation: great at driving teams to superb execution.
• Strong creativity and innovation skills.
• Passion for consumer marketing communications and consumer technology.
• Strong cross group collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills at all levels within the organization.
• Experience in running Below the line tactics.
