| Descripción de la oferta: | Adecco IT on belhalf Microsoft Iberica is recruiting an LRG Account Manager for the Central Region of Spain (Comunidad de Madrid and Gobierno de Aragón). The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a territory of Corporate/Major accounts in the Local and Regional Gov organization, reporting to the LRG Sales Manager in Public Sector. Core goals will include attainment of all revenue goals, driving platform design wins and maintaining high customer satisfaction. While the Central Region Account Manager will not have any direct reports, he will lead a virtual team encompassing technical specialists, solution specialists, managing consultants, premier support specialists and license specialist. Required skills include: Ability to define, develop and execute a Territory sales strategy that clearly define priorities, goals, strategies/tactics and metrics for measuring success. Excellent communication skills and a proven experience in the Public Sector space. Must be able to sell at a strategic level in the account and be able to develop strategies to move forward and close opportunities. Responsibility of the Definition and execution of a Territory plan covering PS accounts on his region Ability to understand a customer`s business issues and work with the account team to architect a buying vision around Microsoft solutions that solve business issues. Operational excellence in managing a pipeline of opportunities, revenue forecasting and conducting account/forecast reviews with senior management. Manage all aspects of the relationship between the customer, Microsoft, and industry partners. The ideal candidate can effectively use executive resources at Microsoft to move opportunities forward. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Qualifications: Should include 10-15 years sales experience in enterprise accounts, with at least 3 years of them in PS. A successful track record of exceeding revenue goals and a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and strategic direction or a solid understanding of competitive solutions and the ability to quickly gain solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, solutions, and business value. BA/BS degree preferred. Applicants must reside in Madrid. |
