Descripción de la oferta: Adecco IT on behalf of Microsoft Iberica ir recruiting a Inventory Support Manager.

A new role within a young & growing European Inventory Yield team that represents an exciting opportunity to genuinely contribute to the revenue success of MDAS. The importance of Inventory Yield Management is recognised as absolutely critical at all levels of the business, as we approach sell-out in many areas & the business is faced with aggressive revenue goals. This is a high visibility role; the ideal candidate will be required to interface with individuals from all levels - from sales support to senior management. The role focuses primarily on executing & inputting on regionally defined inventory processes.

The role consists of these core areas:

Inventory Analytics: Inventory modeling & analysis of sell-through/eCPM, to inform pricing, sales & product strategy decisions & ensure local relevance of regional frameworks. Assist sales management by identifying how potential changes to ad products/capacities will impact inventory & revenue generation.
Work with pre-sales and yield analyst to analyse avails and determine areas of network suitable for packages. Provision of impression volume forecasts for business reviews. Provision & analysis of seasonality data to determine price adjustments & capacity management. Provision of metrics regarding ‘unmonetised’ impressions both to sales mgmt and marketing.

Inventory Operations: Bi-weekly manual capacity management of products.
Provisions of avails reports on weekly and monthly basis. Point of contact for Sales inventory inquiries & arbitration of oversell situations. Ownership and maintenance of local NSA. Implement inventory freezes where necessary.
Be local SME on inventory trends, issues. Escalation point for inventory issues; key resource for the sales force during order process. Responsible for mapping/capacity management during migration of ad products/platforms.

Process and Policy: Introduce, educate and reinforce policy and processes to increase yield e.g. use of bonus impressions etc. Educate sales & sales operations on inventory best practices. Train sales team on inventory related tools and features. Creates, maintains and trains sales on inventory management process.

Team/ Department Mission: The Inventory Yield team provides intelligence on all aspects of yield, inventory & pricing to the business & partnering with regional/local sales management helps shape yield strategy & practices.

Key Accountabilities: Interface with individuals at all levels. Provide inventory analysis, necessary to inform pricing & product decisions & assist in creation of sales strategy. Act in support capacity in the market, as escalation point & in training local practitioners in inventory mgt best practices.

Key Success Criteria: Inventory related success will be determined by ability to maintain rigor around inventory process & policy, level of support in escalations, feed into and execute on inventory utilization strategy, provision of inventory analytics, maintain/manage process, influence & form relationships with all levels of sales, organizational ability.

Essential Experience: Data analysis, ability to translate observed trends into actionable business recommendations, digestible by a sales audience. Management of processes. Operate in fast-paced environment & manage multiple projects simultaneously, with little supervision.
