| Descripción de la oferta: | Our client, an international industrial and manufacturing company based in Madrid is looking to cover, for one of its Business Units the position of an: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONTROLLER Reporting directly to the European Business Controller of its division, the selected candidate will be responsible of the Business Controlling of the South Europe Region. He or She will have as primary operational objectives, to secure the quality of the financial data and process it from its division as well as to make financial reporting to the Global Service after having controlled the accuracy of the data performed by the Finance Departments of the region. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES: - Execute the budget and forecast process for the its division - Participating in making project budgets - Secure the link between department budget and project budget - Process data for project follow up - Support the future growth of the service department - Optimize and develop the financial function in the service department - Perform cost control on the service department and projects - Ad hoc work for the Global Business Controller of its division - Ad hoc work for the Service Manager |

| Requisitos mínimos: | PROFILE: We are looking for a young and motivated person, with a Degree in Finance and at least five years experience in the above described functions in an industrial environment within an international framework High level of English is a must. The role requires an individual who has passion and corporate vision. The person must be creative and should be prepared to implement improvements and add value from both a financial and commercial perspective. The person will demonstrate to be strong in building strategic relationships, communication skills, strategic Planning & Decision Making and customer engagement This role offers the opportunity for an ambitious individual who is a high achiever looking to further their career in a market leading global organisation. The position will be based in Madrid but it requires travelling activities in around a 30% of its time, primarily within Spain |
