Descripción de la oferta: Our Client, a multinationl company with headquarter based in Madrid, is lookinf for an Specialist in HR and Administration activities.

Business Role:

Administrate, execute and follow up of HR Administration activities, within the company and HR policies and standards, to ensure that HR Administration processes are efficiently and timely executed in order to fulfill the applicable legislation and the internal customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities :
Process monthly and annual employees payroll, social security and taxes processes (including cash & fringe benefits)

Administrate and follow-up Social Benefits policy

Manage the Brokerage Company, follow-up and check invoices.

Notify monthly and annual variations and contributions to employees and payroll, accounting and bank

Keep informed on Spanish Labour Law to advise units and select on the different Labour Contract.

Assist new employees in all the issues related to their new contract (explain contract, applicable legislation, benefits, etc.).

Follow-up of Temporary contract, expiration and probation periods.

Be updated on Labour law and taxes legislation issues to become the reference person for all the labour issues that may arise in the day to day activities of the Department (dismissals, retirements, Works Council issues, etc.)

Maintain excellent communication flow with employees, handle queries/request related to HR Administration department.

Support HR Admin. Manager in all the international Assignments activities up to Senior Management level, such as, relocation, payroll administration, social security and taxes.

Maintain informed about Spanish Prevention Risk Labour Law.

Manage, coordinate and follow-up legal regulations in work centre


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado - Relaciones Laborales
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: Education: Labour Relations University degree. Further studies on this subject, an asset.

Specific knowledge :

Expert on Spanish Labour, Social and Tax laws
Good knowledge of Human Resources Area
English: High Level Fluent, both written and spoken

PC skills: Advanced.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and to commit with deadlines.



Experience: 3 - 4 years experience in an HR Administration Department. In an international / multinational company would be an asset

Requisitos deseados: Advance knowledge of SAP HR is desired.
