| Descripción de la oferta: | Our client is one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, working across the UK and internationally. We are looking to seek a Facilities Manager to be based in Madrid, reporting to the account manager (UK). -To provide day-to-day management of the office services team and Help Desk Facility, and develop systems and processes to enhance service operations. -To ensure that a first class, customer focused service to external visitors and visiting clients group personnel is maintained. -To support the client & Account Manager as required. -To provide a day-to-day contact and liaison point for all building users. -Contract management to achieve optimum service provision and value. -Develop a Health and Safety program to comply with current legislation and best practice in line with the clients corporate strategy. -To assist the client¡¦s group security and risk management as required. |

The Facilities Manager will be an appropriately experienced individual with all necessary and agreed competencies for the management of the building and operational support services required to deliver the service to the client. |
