Descripción de la oferta: • Manage the European multilingual testing shared service centre
• Define and execute the transition of Asia’s localization testing teams to the Worldwide structure under leadership of the Director of Worldwide Localization Testing.
• Build and implement the long-term strategy for the Worldwide Localization Testing organization,
• Anticipate and design Localization Testing services for any acquisitions, or additional business models that may be created in the future.
• Create a WW capability to service the new business models that require linguistic testing needs in EA’s transition to online
• Ensure that the WW Localization Testing Groups work in partnership with internal partners, Development Studios and Publishing clients to achieve the quality, cost and predictability objectives defined by EA.
• Drive a quality culture through the organization
• Represent EA’s internationals product quality needs.

Deliver through Localization Testing Management Team:

• Deliver EA`s SKU plan multilingual testing services within the company targets
• Identify and improve existing processes, as well as create new processes, to achieve efficiencies that will allow the shared service teams to improve and expand its services.
• Ensure that the shared service teams have the intra & multiyear scalability the business requires.
• Deliver and improve on Key Performance Indicators
• Interact at a senior level with all key customers and partners, both internal and external, providing crucial feedback on product status, issues, and internal/3rd party requirements.
• Put in place programmes that empower all staff to have career progression and develop in the wider EA organisation
• Constantly drive the development of technical understanding and departmental procedures to improve results and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and professional team.
• Create and preserve an EA culture according to EA values.
• Anticipate and identify future needs and implement strategic planning in multifunctional teams at a global level. Act as a change agent and create a sense of urgency.
• Motivate, develop, coach and energize people to achieve success within the global EA organisation
• Continually communicate and provide feedback to improve departmental and employee performance.
• Set at both a departmental and individual level clear, transparent and stretching goals and encourage individual initiative.
• Balance the conflicting needs of quality, time & cost to deliver solutions that meet the business need.
• Negotiate and influence at all levels of the organisation, utilising a variety of styles
• Excellent software industry knowledge and very good understanding of software development specializing in single-byte and double-byte multi-language quality assurance.
• Understand localisation processes, methodologies, and publishing and studio partner operations.
• Use consistent logic, exhibit judgment and weigh up different options. Use imagination and innovation in completing tasks.
• Problem solve and openness to new ideas.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding customer expectations, solve customer issues and ensuring that this is seen as a business priority.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: • 10+ years experience of Quality Assurance and/ or Testing in the software/ technology industry
• Experience of creating & planning QA/ Testing strategies
• Strong resource planning skills
• Experience of effectively managing a multifunctional team in an environment of constant change
• 4-5 years people management experience of teams in excess of 30 people
• Strong people manager with track record of building & developing high performance multi-cultural teams
• Experience of outsourcing is highly desirable
• Experience of working in different countries if based currently based in Spain
• Written & oral fluency in English
• Track record of initiating and implementing change agendas
• University graduate preferably with MBA in Business Operation (or equivalent)

Requisitos deseados: • Some localisation and/or games industry experience would beneficial but is by no means required
