Location of the position will be in Madrid. Duties: ·Receive, sort and batch all incoming post ·Processing inbound member calls ·Processing inbound member requests and queries ·Batching and data capturing member enrolments ·Making and amending member redemptions ·Dealing with programme related queries from hotels ·Investigate and amend any system related issues ·Fulfil member communications ·Stock control and despatch of programme collateral ·Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by direct line Manager |
