| Descripción de la oferta: | The Head of Consumer Insight is responsible for providing the Company with the insight and recommendations required to support profitable business decisions Manage research projects to support product management, business development, strategic planning, marketing, advertising and sales. Provide research insights to grow advertising revenue and expand the customer experience. Analyze and report on competitor performance and key drivers, as well as identify opportunities for differentiation. Oversees the compilation and analysis of data concerning acceptability of products, effectiveness of marketing programmes, market share, and comparable marketing policies within the industry. Develop findings, interpret them and make specific actionable client recommendations based on data, trends and industry best practices. Proactively identify business needs/issues. Provide brand/market evaluation, interpretation and communication of results. Gain and share knowledge about user attitudes and behaviour and developing collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products. Support testing of insights to identify their potential. Integrate consumer research with best-in-class methods employed globally. Oversee tracking studies across all countries Screen multiple campaigns and choose which should generate the emotional reaction necessary to get consumer to bond with the brand. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | University Degree. At least 8 years of experience in a similar position. Fluent in English Leadership capacity, creativity, proactive and outgoing. |
