| Descripción de la oferta: | Main Purpose of the Role • Devising and helping in keep developing Category Management in Carrefour and in others upcoming customers that works with that philosophy. Increasing trough that way revenues/profit/share of market/leading perception/internal capabilities. • Stting up & implementing the Trade Marketing strategy for the different EA products in the customers/points of sale. Approach and involve the client, by adapting the available resources so that communication is effective in order to achieve the defined objectives. To make the T. Mkt buget as efficient as possible, obtaining the highest ROI Key Duties and Responsibilities • Implement category leadership programs • Working in close collaboration with the Business units as: Finance, Logistics, KAM and Marketing; • Through detailed analysis of all promotional activity, , driving key promotional campaigns across retail. • Manage retail lifecycle of key franchises at retail. • Manage an active consumer/shopper research programme with Retail Marketing to deliver category leading initiatives, including consumer segmentation. • Devise merchandising plans to significantly increase EA’s in store profile. • Work closely with the senior KAM’s to drive strategic relationships with our key customers in order to engage customer in CM philosophy. • Pushing/convincing customers start working with CatMan philosophy choosing EA as the Captain • Streamlining T.Mkt budget to get in return the highest ROI • To work close to others countries to exchange best practices • Developing post mortems analysis from the different activities implemented • Conceive and manage the Retail Marketing Plan. Negotiate with both the internal and external client • Work together with the Sales Team and the rest of the Marketing Team to guarantee the balance between Marketing activities and the rest of the Marketing mix variables. • Direct with innovation the development of materials created for the point of sale. Periodically monitor the planned Permanent Identification Projects in order to maintain their strategic visibility. • Plan and coordinate the promotional campaigns, as well as placement campaigns for materials in the point of sale (POS) and other special campaigns. • Control and manage the Trade Marketing budget (Coop). Supervise and approve expenses that affect this budget. • Negotiate and supervise with the external supplier the necessary tasks for completing the activity. • Elaborate, analyze and report on information related to Trade Marketing to Marketing Management and the rest of the departments when requested. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • BA preferably in Business/Economics • MBA will be a plus • Several years of experience (5-10) in Sales Dpts within mass market industry, having worked in: 1.CatMan Projects 2.Trade Mkt area 3.KAM will be a plus • Result driven. • To coordinate and synthesize information. • Experienced in analyzing data and drafting according reports. • Presenting info in a result driven manner. • To have knowledge of management and production (margin, contact with suppliers...). • Be interested in the world of video games. • Perfect skills in English • Knowledge of the Spanish Distribution (GGSS) • Being a senior Sales partner and being able to talk to executives instead of focusing on purchasing. • Successful track record of devising and implementing key Category Management initiatives. • Strong familiarity with Category Management software tools, particularly Spaceman or similar. • Having developed different shopper habit research |
