Descripción de la oferta:	Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in the beverage business, is looking to join to its Business Performance Management Iberia Department, (decision support and commercial finance) a: BUSSINESS CONTROLLER PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Commercial Finance team is a business partner with the Iberia Commercial Department and their mission is to provide them with great partnership to deliver great business performance. The purpose of this role is to be a great business partner for the assigned commercial channel by giving them financial support and generating insights in order to help the channel achieve the objectives and to identify new opportunities that create value for the company. TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES: This person will report directly to the Manager of the Commercial Finance Partnering, who depends of the Director of the Commercial Finance Department and his/ her main responsibilities will be: - Decision Support Making: Train and inform the regional commercial team about the impact that their decisions have on the “channel Profitability``. - Business Performance Management: Facilitating to the BPM team the assigned reports in order to monitor the channel performance vs. objectives. - Coordinate execution of plan by channel/customer and brand for the region as well as perform demand planning process. - Commercial investment effectiveness: Foster a culture of monitoring and analysis of all promotional investment (implementation + results). Establish goals for every promotion, measure and communicate results versus goal - Hold the business to account for value maximization and alignment with the agreed strategy, by raising uncomfortable and challenging issues when necessary. - Engage others effectively and act as a Business leader by building strong relationships and combining strong financial capabilities and depth of commercial understanding.

Requisitos mínimos:	QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE: - Business, Economics Degree level with strong academic record - At least five years of experience in a Finance Department in a Business Controlling position. A good mix of marketing and commercial experience is valuable. - Understanding of financial business modeling and the ability to interpret trends and opportunities from detailed financial analysis. - Experience working with Excel, and Data Bases (Business Warehouse is an added value) - Project Management capability. Excellent financial technical skills in terms of numeric, analysis and interpretation. - Ability to focus in details and manage large quantities of financial data. Ability to meet tough deadlines - Fluency in English and Spanish - SAP experience is an advantage, only needed at a user level - Business oriented, used to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
