Life and Accident & Health is an array of group and individual insurance products that help to replace income, cover medical expenses, pay off mortgages, debts or estate taxes, or meet other financial commitments This position will report directly to the European LA&H head of systems. JOB PURPOSE As a member the IT team, this position will be responsible for standardizing and improving the business processes across the region and coordinating System projects. This will include (but not limited to) provide systems Business Analyst support, assist with the verification of specifications, business decisions, and design, on Specifics LA&H systems requests of varying scope and complexity also playing a project manager role when required. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES ? Collaborates with different user groups and business partners to understand business model and functional requirements for system enhancement requests ? Utilize detailed knowledge of the application systems to provide analytical support to business system modifications. ? Articulates and manages business requirements for technology change ? Proposes options and recommendations on functional solutions ? Provide Project Manager support to deliver the projects on which he acted as Business Analyst ? Facilitates and validates user acceptance testing ? Provide training on system enhancements ? Provide support to the Helpdesk in terms of application functions and common resolutions

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos:	Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima:	Más de 5 años
Imprescindible residente en:	Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos:	Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline 5-10 years work experience, at least 2 acting as Business Analyst Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language Demonstrated organizational skills Project Management skills
Requisitos deseados:	Insurance Business experience
