| Descripción de la oferta: | General area of responsibility - Assistance for the Area financial reporting. - Assistance for management reporting and annual budget completion. - Assistance for KPI reporting and scorecard update. - Responsible for administrative tasks on ad hoc request. Specific key tasks - Reporting and HFM update as required by CENLOGFIN, ad hoc reporting as required by FIMLOGFINMIS, and preparation of budget calculations. - Ensure that all tasks are timely conducted and that proper backup is provided for. - Ensure that all IOP’s and SOP’s are adhered too. Authority - You can sign your own mail, correspondence and purchase orders for administrative services within your authority as below. - Authority matrix will be distributed separately. General -Promote “The Maersk Logistics Way”. -Ensure that all threats, pitfalls and risks are avoided and if any are envisaged or seen, this must immediately be escalated to the Area Logistics Finance Manager -Promote the Maersk Logistics organisation locally and internationally as well as externally and internally. - In all aspects take timely initiative to develop and improve the image of Maersk Logistics. - Be updated on developments locally and globally within Maersk Logistics services, systems, organisation and capabilities in general. - You must at all times discuss current events, projects and ideas with management, so that the organisation can continue in an unhampered manner in case of travelling, illness or other absence from the office. -Ensure that Maersk Logistics’ appearance in the public is always according to the A.P. Møller standards. - Be pro-active and make suggestions for improvement. - Co-operate in partnership and to common benefit with all other A.P. Møller affiliates locally and globally. - Respond to all correspondence (e-mail, fax, post or phone) at the specified time or where not specified within 24 hours from receipt. - Familiarise yourself with the staff handbook and general company policies. - Under no circumstance are you allowed to respond to questions from the press related to your employment, our customers, Maersk Logistics or the A.P. Moller Group. All such queries should be referred to the Area Logistics Finance Manager. |
