| Descripción de la oferta: | ADG seeks a Marketing Specialist/Account Manager with experience in Insurance Products to take over the development of new products and channels for its current business. The candidate will have to use the input received from the marketing team to develop competitive products that are suitable for telemarketing. As part of his/her daily activities, the candidate will work in coordination with clients and external product and service providers. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree and have proven professional experience in product development/product management/marketing in the areas of insurance or financial services. Fluent English is a must as coordination with non Spanish speaking teams is a part of the job. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic hard worker, organized and open minded team player, with 2 to 5 years of marketing and sales experience in an Insurance/Broker company and/or Service Provider . Entrepreneurial experience in Spain, in developing or sourcing: ? New insurance products for direct marketing activities, ? New services offered through direct marketing ? New direct marketing channels Fluent in Spanish and English (no candidate will be considered that is not fluent in English) and with a deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) |
| Requisitos deseados: | Experience with insurance products offered in other European markets via direct marketing. Knowledge of Chinese and Lotus Notes would be a plus |
